Candy Salmon & Spicy Rice

My hubby Jeff just loves what this sauce does to Salmon… he says it turns it into candy… and he's got a major sweet tooth!!

Candy Salmon (so easy!!):
  Preheat oven to 425F.
Take 1 Salmon steak (ours was about 12 oz), place it in a casserole that has been sprayed with Olive Oil spray.
Top the salmon with sliced Onion, carefully pour Pinapple Sake Teriyaki Marinade sauce over the top so that the bottom of the dish is coated.  Push onions back into place if you're not careful enough :)
Sprinkle with some Parsley flakes (fresh or dried both work well) & some Pine Nuts.
Bake in oven 15 minutes for every 1 inch of thickness (at the thickest point).  Don't be concerned if the sauce in the bottom of the pan turns black (burnt), you won't be eating that part & it keeps things moist.

I love this Dip, it takes plain ordinary rice & makes it into something sweet & spicy & wonderful!!

Spicy Rice (way too easy to taste this good):
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Dip (Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip)
  1 1/4 cup water
  1/2 cup + 1 Tbl Rice

Directions:
Throw it all in a pot, mix it together, bring to a boil then set temp to low & cover for 20 minutes (or so).

Put it all together with some cooked Asparagus on the side and you've got a tasty dinner that's quick to throw together and healthy to boot…

Yum, Yum!!
