Creamy Egg Scramble

I decided to try something different this morning, and this was the yummy result.


I sprayed a small non-stick skillet with Butter Flavored Pam, scrambled up 3/4 cup Egg Beaters with a little fresh ground Sea Salt & Black Pepper, added in some fresh parsley once the eggs were cooked.  Then with the pan still hot, but set to Low, I added two wedges of Sonoma Jacks Garlic & Herb cheese (Laughing Cow would probably work as well)… I squished it and mixed it in until the eggs had a nice even cheesy coating… So simple, so low cal, so yummy!!!


This could certainly be done with other varieties of fresh herbs, or other soft cheese wedges… enjoy!!
